Hairloss Reason Cure Finally Discovered!! (Hair Multiplication & Stem Cells Treatment)

This is based on my months of research and many questions I kept asking myself.
I am about to piece the pieces of the puzzle that have already been out and widely available on the internet etc. It just tooke some common sense to finally figure out what is causing my male pattern baldness at such a young age. I am 27 and it started really around 17 but wasn't even noticeable until I was about 24, 25.

First of all let me cut str8 to the chase: what I found out is that hair loss occurs due to prostaglandins not being produced. Prostaglandins aren't hormones but basically messengers that transmit important information betweens tissues, like hair follicles.

The conclusions I am reaching confirm what we have learned this year and long before through breakthrough scientific research and experiments that have been released all over the news. For example that just because there is no visible hair on your bald head doesn't mean there aren't stem cells still underneath the skin. They just need to be activated. Before it was thought that once you loose your hair it is gone forever, that turned out to be incorrect.

From research all over it has been learned that WNT signalling plays a very important role in hair growth. Increasing prostaglandin increases WNT signalling. Also, it has turned out that minoxidil increases prostaglandin and thus is the reason it works. There are certain kinds of prostaglandins molecules and the one that is important here is PGF2 that was shown to be the cause of minoxidil doing what it does. So the thinking goes why not use direct PG analogs like in the case of Latanoprost which is PROVEN TO REGROW HAIR on eyelashes and other body areas as well.

A lot of things that I am mentioning add up and make common sense. It turns out that Curcumin, a potent anti-inflammatory from what I have read on multiple sites and hair loss forums, actually INHIBITS production of prostaglandin. That is a major misconception that needs to be corrected.

DHT and Testosterone are not the cause of hair loss. We all have wondered why certain men with very high levels of both are just fine with no hair loss.

Cortisol and its cousin ATCH were proven in a research just a few months ago to be causing hair loss in mice. They grew back their entire fur in just a few weeks. Cortisol also inhibits prostagalandin.

This is a matter of connecting the dots here. There are good and bad prostaglandins. Celebrex or generic version is shown to inhibit COX-2 or bad prostaglandin which has led to hair growth in some researches. So the focus is on increasing the good prostaglandin PGF2a... which thus increases WNT signalling and hair growth.

Another interesting obversvation... the question we all ask... Why does hairloss begin in a horshoe pattern? Well because since some people due to genetic or other stimuli/factors stop producing good prostaglandin or not enough the hair stem cells shut down and than the cells around also react to their deaths and its a chain cycle that spreads.

My game plan is to set the optimum conditions for hair growth:

1. First lower my cortisol and ACTH levels by taking Phosphatidlyserine supplement available at any Vitamin Shop.
2. Inhibit Cox-2 (bad prostaglandin) by taking celebrex or cheaper generic version for a limited time and limited amount, due to certain side effects.
The point is to get the body to produce hair so I wouldn't take celebrex forever.
3. Increase good prostaglandin by eating a Omega 6 diet which is rich in it and
avoiding a Omega 3 diet in fish oil which actually decreaess Prostaglandin and thus decreaeses WNT signalling.
4. Apply topical prostaglandin gel on hair which has been used previously to induce labor in women.

And Finally its important to mention that Latanoprost was proven to regrow hair in eyelashes and other body parts. Latanoprost is a analog of Prostaglandin. Also, Minoxidil works by increases PGF2a it turns out and thus that is how it regrows hair. But minoxidil is not a direct analog and the thinking goes that something closer to prostaglandin will have better effects as proven by Latanoprost. While I am writing this I just ready a post by Debis on benoxaprofen and it being a arthritis drug. Well it is important to mention that Celebrex is also an anti inflammotory that is used to treat rheumatoid arthiritis. Excuse my spellings by the way, its just that I am so excited about sharing what I have learned that I really dont care about spelling right now.

So like Debis said we are onto the cure right now! This is big. But its important also to realize not all anti-inflammatories are good for hair growth. It turns out aspiring decreases or inhibits prostaglandin production.

Well I would love to read comments... and I will keep you up to date on my regimen. Its just all about wakening up the stem cells that have already been proven to be there forever... they never die away as was previously thought!
Just because you have a bald head does'nt mean it can regrow hair.

GENETICS WILL NOT HINDER ANYONE FROM HAVING A FULL SET OF HAIR. !!! I AM SURE OF THAT.

AND FINALLY. ABOUT PROPECIA... that is just a chemical castration of the male body... of what god created so beautifully ... please stop abusing it because it is not even a cure. No libido no sex drive... for get that.

Interesting i really liked the last part because thats exactly one of the big problems in the future.

I dont know if some people here realised this already but "hair loss" can be cured and reversed BUT

Impotence.....i am afraid is not only devastating but merely not possible to fully cure

Well I hope we can fully cure people that have been castrated by Propecia.
With all the advances happening I am hopeful about that too.
I took Propecia for jus ta month and it took me a while to recover my usual
sex life... I can say I am back to like 80% and i seem to get better with time.
Plus im young so that helps.

Sounds like pseudo science to me. Why would it spread in a horse shoe patten? A horse shoe is such that just 1 inch above the horse shoe line, there is no hair and one inch below there is hair.

Anyway, could you take before & after pictures (same distance, same camera, same lighting and same hair length). And keep taking pictures every month. I'd be interested to know whether you do grow anything.

Looking into my glass bowl, the evidence that hair loss is due to DHT has an overwhelming amount of evidence. i.e. Eunarchs who produce no DHT do not go bald. When DHT is lowered, hair loss slows down and hair counts & hair shaft diameter increase slighly in the majority of persons.. etc.

Interesting point but like I said the majority of men aren't castrated haha and they have very high DHT and testosterone counts but no hair loss.
It seems to me that once someone is castrated they are saved from the hormonal ageing and response that occors for many people. Doesn't still necessesicarly mean that castration saved them from just DHT.

The whole reason its called andorgenic alopecia is because its cause is due to androgens of which DHT is the major culprit. It might also be the case that testosterone is a culprit but a lesser one.

But I'd be interested in knowing whether your theory pans out. Could you keep documented (by which i mean photographic) evidence of your progress.

I've learnt over the years that mere hearsay (verbal testimonial evidence) is next to worthless and prone to flights of fantasy.

Freddie please explain to us why all 3 billion men with ball sacs and penises dont have baldness? So obviosuly DHT is not the major cause of hair thinning and baldness. The cause from all the evidence is indicated as stem cells shutting down they determined that just a few months ago on a major study!! whwere were you? The only thing left to determine is how best to recativate them. Nobody even talks about DHT anymore, atleast not the expert scientists that have been leading research and cures at the University of California, University of Penn... Folica... everbody. Time to let go of what the pharmaceuticals have fed you about rogaine and propecia... for heavesn sake have some confidence in our scientists and medical professionals more than what you hear from the makers of Propecia and Rogaine

Interesting theory. I do have a hard time buying the omega 3 thing. It doesn't make sence to me that in order to get a hair you end up being more heart attack and stroke prone.

» Freddie please explain to us why all 3 billion men with ball sacs and
» penises dont have baldness?

Its a genetic condition - i.e. you have to have inherited the gene/s for MPB.
Same reason the vast majority of men have black hair and only a minority have blonde or red hair.

If you have inherited the gene for MPB, reagions on your head have hair follicles that are sensitive to androgens.

» The cause from all the evidence is indicated as stem cells shutting down

Its not the stem cell that is shutting down but supposedly the failure of stem cells to differentiate into progenitor cells. Nothing says that failure isn't the downstream result of DHT's effect on the follicle (most likely is). In fact the study points out downregulation of anti-inflammatory harmones among other things as being an issue.

Its not a good idea to dream up theories willy nilly. The evidence for DHT related hair loss is pretty well established. But as I said, you may (or may not) be onto something. Keep snapping those pictures to collect the evidence.

Just because an idea hasn't been heavily re-examined lately, that alone does not make the idea questionable.

Androgens (and particularly DHT) are bad for human scalp hair. I don't have to see recent new studies just to believe it. The older studies establish the fact very well and I see no reason to challenge that idea.

I am open to anything because

1) Fin and Minox who actively target DHT are only known for slowing down the process

2) while other approaches stop hairloss and induce your hair to grew back

So to me DHT is an player but there is a more important thing to adress and those are the non repsonding progenitor cells.

To my understanding, the genetic abnomraly only tells the hair to shut down its progenitor whatever stats. I think there is moren then just DHT, the focus only on DHT hasnt brought much more light in everything.

Its more often used by the pharmaindusries to sell their minox and Fin, sad story i know

well there are clearly multiple components to the hairloss.

Id say that there is enough evidence to say with almost 100% certainity that DHT is playing a major role in the male pattern hairloss.

we know that propecia slows down balding, dutasteride almost stops it, androgen receptor blockers help a lot, and chemical castration through spironolactone gives best results.

What we know also is that its not just the DHT. If all DHT is removed, most of your lost hair wont grow back.

The damaged hair is missing something very important in order to be able to grow hair again. And its not even sure yet if it will ever be possible to undo the damage reliably.

All we know is that its been done few times. Few ppl (3 on arthritis and 1 gefinitib patient) grew their bald areas back in full density full coverage.

It gives us hope that its possible. We basicaly know its possible. We dont know how and how reliably.

We're missing something very important, something thats very rare, something that doesnt happen as side effect of any drug we know in the world. it must be something totaly out of the box of our current medical science. Current science cant do it even by accident (the 3 cases out of the millions of users are more like a miracle than accident).

So it seems to me likely that the cure will have to do with some very new discoveries in medicine. something the doctors didnt know or use for anything up until recently.

I'd be willing to bet to the cell regenerative medicine. The follicle is probably fubar by the DHT and the only way to restore it would be to fix the cellular components of it.

what intrigues me though is the 3 cases of guys where the cellular repair happened perfectly and on their own as side of the arthritis drugs.

I wonder about the status of the immune system of everyone who regrew hair.

We've had the ongoing theory around here . . . come kind of drug + the immune system is suppressed + some kind of mild skin injury = regrowth/regeneration.

ive got low cortisol im also genetically protected against arthritis and heart attacks and strokes! ive took omega 3 for months and it makes me feel bad! i also remember reading somewhere that people have an imbalance of omega 3 and omega 6 and if you supplement with one of those things it should be with the one that is low. i think your onto something here but its complex!

I agree, some kind of baldness is recursive, in fact it is caused by making up absolutely ridiculous theories about itself, otherwise it cures itself spontaneously, just try it.

You need a FAQ for the truth that Fin and Minox only slow down hair loss at best? For someone registered since 2008 you should have already have a better developed background.

Its astonishing how people are getting on the fence when their "holy" medics like FIN and Minox are attacked.

Fin and Minox have never been the solution at all

Not really

OMG, I suspected it

Minox does not target DHT. Minox has nothing to do with DHT.

» » Just because an idea hasn't been heavily re-examined lately, that alone

Hairloss Reason Cure Finally Discovered!!

» » This is based on my months of research and many questions I kept asking
» » myself.
» » I am about to piece the pieces of the puzzle that have already been out
» and
» » widely available on the internet etc. It just tooke some common sense to
» » finally figure out what is causing my male pattern baldness at such a
» young
» » age. I am 27 and it started really around 17 but wasn't even noticeable
» » until I was about 24, 25.
» »
» » First of all let me cut str8 to the chase: what I found out is that hair
» » loss occurs due to prostaglandins not being produced. Prostaglandins
» aren't
» » hormones but basically messengers that transmit important information
» » betweens tissues, like hair follicles.
» »
» » The conclusions I am reaching confirm what we have learned this year and
» » long before through breakthrough scientific research and experiments
» that
» » have been released all over the news. For example that just because
» there
» » is no visible hair on your bald head doesn't mean there aren't stem
» cells
» » still underneath the skin. They just need to be activated. Before it was
» » thought that once you loose your hair it is gone forever, that turned
» out
» » to be incorrect.
» » From research all over it has been learned that WNT signalling plays a
» very
» » important role in hair growth. Increasing prostaglandin increases WNT
» » signalling. Also, it has turned out that minoxidil increases
» prostaglandin
» » and thus is the reason it works. There are certain kinds of
» prostaglandins
» » molecules and the one that is important here is PGF2 that was shown to
» be
» » the cause of minoxidil doing what it does. So the thinking goes why not
» use
» » direct PG analogs like in the case of Latanoprost which is PROVEN TO
» REGROW
» » HAIR on eyelashes and other body areas as well.
» »
» » A lot of things that I am mentioning add up and make common sense. It
» turns
» » out that Curcumin, a potent anti-inflammatory from what I have read on
» » multiple sites and hair loss forums, actually INHIBITS production of
» » prostaglandin. That is a major misconception that needs to be corrected.
» »
» » DHT and Testosterone are not the cause of hair loss. We all have
» wondered
» » why certain men with very high levels of both are just fine with no hair
» » loss.
» »
» » Cortisol and its cousin ATCH were proven in a research just a few months
» » ago to be causing hair loss in mice. They grew back their entire fur in
» » just a few weeks. Cortisol also inhibits prostagalandin.
» »
» » This is a matter of connecting the dots here. There are good and bad
» » prostaglandins. Celebrex or generic version is shown to inhibit COX-2 or
» » bad prostaglandin which has led to hair growth in some researches. So
» the
» » focus is on increasing the good prostaglandin PGF2a... which thus
» increases
» » WNT signalling and hair growth.
» »
» » Another interesting obversvation... the question we all ask... Why does
» » hairloss begin in a horshoe pattern? Well because since some people due
» to
» » genetic or other stimuli/factors stop producing good prostaglandin or
» not
» » enough the hair stem cells shut down and than the cells around also
» react
» » to their deaths and its a chain cycle that spreads.
» »
» » My game plan is to set the optimum conditions for hair growth:
» »
» » 1. First lower my cortisol and ACTH levels by taking Phosphatidlyserine
» » supplement available at any Vitamin Shop.
» » 2. Inhibit Cox-2 (bad prostaglandin) by taking celebrex or cheaper
» generic
» » version for a limited time and limited amount, due to certain side
» effects.
» »
» » The point is to get the body to produce hair so I wouldn't take celebrex
» » forever.
» » 3. Increase good prostaglandin by eating a Omega 6 diet which is rich in
» it
» » and
» » avoiding a Omega 3 diet in fish oil which actually decreaess
» Prostaglandin
» » and thus decreaeses WNT signalling.
» » 4. Apply topical prostaglandin gel on hair which has been used
» previously
» » to induce labor in women.
» »
» » And Finally its important to mention that Latanoprost was proven to
» regrow
» » hair in eyelashes and other body parts. Latanoprost is a analog of
» » Prostaglandin. Also, Minoxidil works by increases PGF2a it turns out and
» » thus that is how it regrows hair. But minoxidil is not a direct analog
» and
» » the thinking goes that something closer to prostaglandin will have
» better
» » effects as proven by Latanoprost. While I am writing this I just ready a
» » post by Debis on benoxaprofen and it being a arthritis drug. Well it is
» » important to mention that Celebrex is also an anti inflammotory that is
» » used to treat rheumatoid arthiritis. Excuse my spellings by the way, its
» » just that I am so excited about sharing what I have learned that I
» really
» » dont care about spelling right now.
» »
» » So like Debis said we are onto the cure right now! This is big. But its
» » important also to realize not all anti-inflammatories are good for hair
» » growth. It turns out aspiring decreases or inhibits prostaglandin
» » production.
» »
» » Well I would love to read comments... and I will keep you up to date on
» my
» » regimen. Its just all about wakening up the stem cells that have already
» » been proven to be there forever... they never die away as was previously
» » thought!
» » Just because you have a bald head does'nt mean it can regrow hair.
» »
» » GENETICS WILL NOT HINDER ANYONE FROM HAVING A FULL SET OF HAIR. !!! I AM

I have read that the FDA and British both banned this drug back in the 1980 beacuse deaths were reported. They have also banned Vioxx, an other arthiritis drug. So perhaps these two drugs were just a little too strong for some people.

My next thing I am going to try is order prostaglandin gel and place it on my head

yeah but read the link to the other thread ive posted, 50% of the population have one of the genes associated with gilberts syndrome, so those 50% are somewhat genetically protected against heart attacks strokes and arthritis! so its more than likely it was the 50% of the population with out the gene associated with gilberts syndrome who were taking the drug for arthritis because they were most susceptible to arthritis and subsequently more at risk of death from heart attacks due to the gene not being present! a double edged sword! so its likely that the 50% of the population with the gs gene would be ok taking it and the 10% with gs more than ok taking it!

Hairloss Reason Cure Finally Discovered!!

» This is based on my months of research and many questions I kept asking
» myself.
» I am about to piece the pieces of the puzzle that have already been out and
» widely available on the internet etc. It just tooke some common sense to
» finally figure out what is causing my male pattern baldness at such a young
» age. I am 27 and it started really around 17 but wasn't even noticeable
» until I was about 24, 25.
»
» First of all let me cut str8 to the chase: what I found out is that hair
» loss occurs due to prostaglandins not being produced. Prostaglandins aren't
» hormones but basically messengers that transmit important information
» betweens tissues, like hair follicles.
»
» The conclusions I am reaching confirm what we have learned this year and
» long before through breakthrough scientific research and experiments that
» have been released all over the news. For example that just because there
» is no visible hair on your bald head doesn't mean there aren't stem cells
» still underneath the skin. They just need to be activated. Before it was
» thought that once you loose your hair it is gone forever, that turned out
» to be incorrect.
»
» From research all over it has been learned that WNT signalling plays a very
» important role in hair growth. Increasing prostaglandin increases WNT
» signalling. Also, it has turned out that minoxidil increases prostaglandin
» and thus is the reason it works. There are certain kinds of prostaglandins
» molecules and the one that is important here is PGF2 that was shown to be
» the cause of minoxidil doing what it does. So the thinking goes why not use
» direct PG analogs like in the case of Latanoprost which is PROVEN TO REGROW
» HAIR on eyelashes and other body areas as well.
»
» A lot of things that I am mentioning add up and make common sense. It turns
» out that Curcumin, a potent anti-inflammatory from what I have read on
» multiple sites and hair loss forums, actually INHIBITS production of
» prostaglandin. That is a major misconception that needs to be corrected.
»
» DHT and Testosterone are not the cause of hair loss. We all have wondered
» why certain men with very high levels of both are just fine with no hair
» loss.
»
» Cortisol and its cousin ATCH were proven in a research just a few months
» ago to be causing hair loss in mice. They grew back their entire fur in
» just a few weeks. Cortisol also inhibits prostagalandin.
»
» This is a matter of connecting the dots here. There are good and bad
» prostaglandins. Celebrex or generic version is shown to inhibit COX-2 or
» bad prostaglandin which has led to hair growth in some researches. So the
» focus is on increasing the good prostaglandin PGF2a... which thus increases
» WNT signalling and hair growth.
»
» Another interesting obversvation... the question we all ask... Why does
» hairloss begin in a horshoe pattern? Well because since some people due to
» genetic or other stimuli/factors stop producing good prostaglandin or not
» enough the hair stem cells shut down and than the cells around also react
» to their deaths and its a chain cycle that spreads.
»
» My game plan is to set the optimum conditions for hair growth:
»
» 1. First lower my cortisol and ACTH levels by taking Phosphatidlyserine
» supplement available at any Vitamin Shop.
» 2. Inhibit Cox-2 (bad prostaglandin) by taking celebrex or cheaper generic
» version for a limited time and limited amount, due to certain side effects.
»
» The point is to get the body to produce hair so I wouldn't take celebrex
» forever.
» 3. Increase good prostaglandin by eating a Omega 6 diet which is rich in it
» and
» avoiding a Omega 3 diet in fish oil which actually decreaess Prostaglandin
» and thus decreaeses WNT signalling.
» 4. Apply topical prostaglandin gel on hair which has been used previously
» to induce labor in women.
»
» And Finally its important to mention that Latanoprost was proven to regrow
» hair in eyelashes and other body parts. Latanoprost is a analog of
» Prostaglandin. Also, Minoxidil works by increases PGF2a it turns out and
» thus that is how it regrows hair. But minoxidil is not a direct analog and
» the thinking goes that something closer to prostaglandin will have better
» effects as proven by Latanoprost. While I am writing this I just ready a
» post by Debis on benoxaprofen and it being a arthritis drug. Well it is
» important to mention that Celebrex is also an anti inflammotory that is
» used to treat rheumatoid arthiritis. Excuse my spellings by the way, its
» just that I am so excited about sharing what I have learned that I really
» dont care about spelling right now.
»
» So like Debis said we are onto the cure right now! This is big. But its
» important also to realize not all anti-inflammatories are good for hair
» growth. It turns out aspiring decreases or inhibits prostaglandin
» production.
»
» Well I would love to read comments... and I will keep you up to date on my
» regimen. Its just all about wakening up the stem cells that have already
» been proven to be there forever... they never die away as was previously
» thought!
» Just because you have a bald head does'nt mean it can regrow hair.
»
» GENETICS WILL NOT HINDER ANYONE FROM HAVING A FULL SET OF HAIR. !!! I AM
» SURE OF THAT.
»
» AND FINALLY. ABOUT PROPECIA... that is just a chemical castration of the
» male body... of what god created so beautifully ... please stop abusing it
» because it is not even a cure. No libido no sex drive... for get that.
Really enjoyed reading your ideas. But there are a few questions before i might jump on your train: What dosage will you take of cebrex? Did you find a place to buy prostaglandin gel? Was searching for it but could not find a source selling it. And how will you use Latanoprost(Dosage)?? Really like the idea of going other ways, I think i will give it a try...

Hey Marthas, Thanks for your post and questions... http://academic.research.microsoft.com/Paper/6827994
First of all please read this research paper which can be downloaded
in Adobe (pdf) format.

It clearly states that increased COX-2, which leads to increased Prostaglandin E2 production leads to alopecia in mice. The mice were given generic version of Celebrex , celecoxib, and they regrew their hair. Also Cox2 was inhibited and thus PGE2 levels as well. Their conclusion was that COX-2 directly affects hair growth.

So right now I am taking 200mg a day it is my 4th day. I plan on taking it not longer than 2 months.....I would buy the generic version since its much cheaper. I used an indian website but if you have health insurance its faster to just get it from your local pharmacy.

As for the topical prostaglandin gel, it turns out its very expensive and comes in very small amounts... just enough to put in a womans cervix to induce labor...

From the study it was clear that orally taking (eating) celebrex was enough for its COX-2 inhibition to occur in the skin/hair. So than there seems no use for topical... allthough I will try to maybe use DMSO and mix that with powdered Celebrex... I will see about that. But the main focus is to change my bodies immflammatory conditions which I believe are causing all this hair loss.

And far as Latisee, same thing, to little and to expensive, might as well use Celebrex or it turns out Glucosamine, a supplment, inhibits COX-2 very good.
Check that out as well. The common thread here is that rhuematoid arthiritis drugs/supplements seem to regrow hair....and the way they work is through supressing COX-2 ...hope this helps.

Also I shaved my head bald to monitor growth.

» »

Hairloss Reason Cure Finally Discovered!!

Why does everyone think that Rheumatiod Arthritis meds have something to do with hair growth? All i know is that my father Norwood 7 has very severe RA and has tried every medicine for the desease and now is using the strongest RA medicine available and has had absolutely no hair regrowth. During this process he has been on these meds for atleast 8 years.

We've already been over this. If the drugs worked to regrow hair under normal conditions then we would have known about it a long time ago.

The point is that something might be happening under unusual conditions. Maybe it's some combination of external factors. Maybe just some small portion of the population's genetics allow for it. Maybe a small portion of the population's genetics allow for it under some usual combination of external factors. Etc.

Angel, it turns out as i stated previously, the prostaglandin gel is only available for inducing labor in women. It is small amount that is very expensive that you can purchase from overseas (if your not in the US) but its not enough for more than one dose. Lookup Celebrex, its not hard to do.

Everything else I would try. My current regimen is as follows:
1. Celebrex 200 mg once daily
2. Glucosamine and Chronditin Sulfate Supplement
3. Capsaicin Oral and Topical (Zolstrix cream is a good brand)
4. Resveratrol and Curcumin " Super Bio-Curcumin" bcm-95 type from any Vitamin Store

I have takens pictures... so lets see what happens...
According to one study I read recently, topical capsaicin(chilli peppers) caused vellus hair growth in HUMANS.. in just 21 days.........maybe if taken longer with everything else it might hopefully result in terminal hairs

Good Luck everyone!~

Celebrex or the generic cheaper version is a drug used to treat
rheumatoid arthiritis.

Hairloss Reason Cure Finally Discovered!!

» Why does everyone think that Rheumatiod Arthritis meds have something to do
» with hair growth? All i know is that my father Norwood 7 has very severe
» RA and has tried every medicine for the desease and now is using the
» strongest RA medicine available and has had absolutely no hair regrowth.
» During this process he has been on these meds for atleast 8 years.

Well I think the reason your father who I am assuming is 70+ years old due to u stating he has severe RA... people usually in their 40, 50s dont get that bad, I maybe wrong...

but even if he he is 60 or 70... point is his body overall has aged and progressed as part of the NATURAL CYCLE OF LIFE... of course he will never be 20 years old looking again .. that is Allah's will.

But I am talking about people who start loosing their hair early in their 20's, and 30's... I think for those people who have other hormones still producing and have youth on their side .. they will respond to CoX-2 inhibition and other methods mixed and used together.

You have to remmember that Latisse is already PROVEN TO work... regardless of whether RA Patients grow hair or not. And the WAY ... latisse works is through decreasing PGE2... so it makes sense to try that over the scalp.. and that is why currently human trials are underway to test that.

I am trying to do that on my own with other substances. Hope your dad gets better... Has he tried taking liquid Glucosamine and Chronditin supplements?

How do you plan to get cerebrex without a prescription and where would you get topical prostaglandin?

» »

»
» Angel, it turns out as i stated previously, the prostaglandin gel is only
» available for inducing labor in women. It is small amount that is very
» expensive that you can purchase from overseas (if your not in the US) but
» its not enough for more than one dose. Lookup Celebrex, its not hard to
» do.
»
» Everything else I would try. My current regimen is as follows:
» 1. Celebrex 200 mg once daily
» 2. Glucosamine and Chronditin Sulfate Supplement
» 3. Capsaicin Oral and Topical (Zolstrix cream is a good brand)
» 4. Resveratrol and Curcumin " Super Bio-Curcumin" bcm-95 type from any
» Vitamin Store
»
» I have takens pictures... so lets see what happens...
» According to one study I read recently, topical capsaicin(chilli peppers)
» caused vellus hair growth in HUMANS.. in just 21 days.........maybe if
» taken longer with everything else it might hopefully result in terminal
» hairs
»
» Good Luck everyone!~

my other question is does Celebrex cause the same type of photosensitivity as these others guys got from sulfasalazine, if a key component of their regrowth was from sunburn or minor wounding then the photosensitivity would be important.

I think you may be onto something, who knows right but I want to ask some questions...

How are you going to get Celebrex and how do you know that specific anti-inflammatory will work to help hair regrow?

Where would someone get the prostaglandin gel?

Do you plan on using some type of growth factor in conjunction with your plan, like minox?

Do you think some type of wounding is necessary to get WNT signaling to work in the scalp?

» » » » dont care about spelling right now.
» » » »
» » » » So like Debis said we are onto the cure right now! This is big. But
» » its
» » » » important also to realize not all anti-inflammatories are good for
» » hair
» » » » growth. It turns out aspiring decreases or inhibits prostaglandin
» » » » production.
» » » »
» » » » Well I would love to read comments... and I will keep you up to date
» » on
» » » my
» » » » regimen. Its just all about wakening up the stem cells that have

» » » » been proven to be there forever... they never die away as was

» » » » thought!
» » » » Just because you have a bald head does'nt mean it can regrow hair.
» » » »
» » » » GENETICS WILL NOT HINDER ANYONE FROM HAVING A FULL SET OF HAIR. !!!
» I
» » AM
» » » » SURE OF THAT.
» » » »
» » » » AND FINALLY. ABOUT PROPECIA... that is just a chemical castration of
» » the
» » » » male body... of what god created so beautifully ... please stop
» » abusing
» » » it
» » » » because it is not even a cure. No libido no sex drive... for get
» that.
» » »
» » »
» » » Very interesting post
» » » We would love to hear about the results
» »
» » I decided to try it, can you help me
» » Unfortunately I did not understand, can you explain more
» » about :
» »
» » "
» » 2. Inhibit Cox-2 (bad prostaglandin) by taking celebrex or cheaper
» generic
» » version for a limited time and limited amount, due to certain side
» effects.
» » The point is to get the body to produce hair so I wouldn't take celebrex
» » forever.
» » 4. Apply topical prostaglandin gel on hair which has been used
» previously
» » to induce labor in women.
» » "
» »
» » what is celebrex ?!
» » from what staff i should be avoided ?! (Except for Omega 3)
» »
» » about prostaglandin gel :
» » Is there such a natural product, can you give a link to product that you
» » use ?
