Oh, HST works perfectly for each and every patient - unfortunately not for guys like Spanish Dud:

Spanish Dud has just about 5 to 8 hairs within his whole donor area and in addition these hairs are very small and have fine tips like body hairs of women and transexuals.
Anyway, it would take many DECADES for Spanish Dud until he gets an acceptable coverage on his very very bald head (bald like a golf ball) just with these few and very small and fine hairs in his donor area.

Oh, and Spanish Dud can't even do a test procedure either, because he lives far far away from Dr. Gho - in Spain.

It would take many weeks (if not month) until Spanish Dud arrives in London or in the Netherlands ...
