- Performed experiments (surgical and drug delivery) on mice with the goal of creating de novo hair follicles.
- Embedded and stained tissue sections, including H&E and various immunohistochemistry protocols.
- Designed and implemented a semi-quantitative methodology for analyzing features in H&E stained tissue sections. Data generated were instrumental in securing further funding.
- Developed and implemented extraction protocols, as well as Western blots and ELISAs.
- Maintained and performed drug dosing experiments on human cell cultures.
- Selected as Laboratory Safety Officer for Philadelphia location.
