The RCC requests my personal data to handle it to dr. Gho (Hair Multiplication & Stem Cells Treatment)

posted by Spanish Dude, 14.02.2012, 21:30

My first email was not responded, but today I have sent another one and this one has been responded by a person named Joan Lorang.

This person says that I have to provide my personal information, and they will give this information to dr. Gho.

They require my Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address.

I find this protocol quite ridiculous, and looks designed to discourage people from reporting fraŁds

Joan Lorang wrote:
Dear Sir, Madam,

Please use our complaintform for filing a complaint

And my reply was:

Thanks for your reply.
Its imperative that I remain anonymous.
The complaint form is asking for my personal data, and I won't reveal this.
Will this be a problem?

The false advertisement by dr. Gho is cristal clear.

regards--"Spanish Dude"

and Joan Lorang replied:
Dear Sir, Madam,

It is not possible to remain anonymous.

When we handle a complaint we have to send all the information of the complainant to the advertiser.

And my reply was this one:
Thanks for your reply.

I am sorry, but I find it very illogical that you have to inform dr. Gho about my personal data.

Imagine that I go to the police, and tell them about a crime that its being commited, do you imagine the police
giving my personal data to the criminal?

I have described the false advertising in great detail here:

This false advertisement has been online for more than 6 months.
In that link, you have sufficient information to decide for yourself if this is a case of false advertising or not.
Then, why contacting dr. Gho at all? You don't need to do that.

In fact, your protocol will discourage people from reporting false advertising.
Do you want to discourage people from reporting fraŁd?
Do you want to protect fraŁdsters?

A fraŁd is a fraŁd, regardless of who is complaining.
I hope you understand.

best regards--Spanish Dude
