My first email was not responded, but today I have sent another one and this one has been responded by a person named Joan Lorang.

This person says that I have to provide my personal information, and they will give this information to dr. Gho.

They require my Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address.

I find this protocol quite ridiculous, and looks designed to discourage people from reporting fraüds

The false advertisement by dr. Gho is cristal clear.

I am sorry, but I find it very illogical that you have to inform dr. Gho about my personal data.

Imagine that I go to the police, and tell them about a crime that its being commited, do you imagine the police
giving my personal data to the criminal?

This false advertisement has been online for more than 6 months.
In that link, you have sufficient information to decide for yourself if this is a case of false advertising or not.
Then, why contacting dr. Gho at all? You don't need to do that.

In fact, your protocol will discourage people from reporting false advertising.
Do you want to discourage people from reporting fraüd?
Do you want to protect fraüdsters?

A fraüd is a fraüd, regardless of who is complaining.
I hope you understand.
