3 month update after HT (Hair Transplant)

I wanted to give my 3 month update after 3100 FUE from the Armani Clinic in Dubai.

Initially I was very concerned about my condition immediately after the surgery up to a month out since the recipient site was quite red and had very visible small bumps throughout. Further, my donor site very weak and taxed. You could clearly make out the strip scar from my first transplant (not Armani). My concerns were so immense that I actually had to take two months off work on unpaid leave to recover fully.

2 months since then and 3 months since the procedure, the redness has diminished a fair amount although there is still clear discoloration through the hairline. It now appears darker in colour as opposed to red. The small bumps are still there and you can clearly see them through the hairline. They are obviously disconcerting!

I've been applying Fucidin H cream constantly to help with both issues

My donor area is looked much better, but you can still make out the scar on the left side of my head.

In terms of the grafted hair and their growth. I can't see any visible growth as yet. I can feel small hair when I feel the recipient area (Zone 1-3). Whether these will grow through fully only time will tell!

All I can say is that it has been a fairly harrowing experience! Thank goodness I have incredibly supportive family and workplace.
