I am 23 years old.

I understand I might be a borderline case but my hairline has already receded an inch in the front, and almost two inches on the sides. I have tried Nioxin and am trying Scalp Med right now, but with no gains.

If you look closely at my front picture, you can see a lone hair about an inch under the hairline in the very front. That is where my hairline was 5 years ago.

I am going out of the country on Dec 5th for 6 months and thought it would be the perfect time to get the procedure done right before I leave so by the time I come back, no one will be able to tell I got anything done.

I would really appreciate any advice or help you could give me. I am really unhappy with my hair line and how much it's thinning. I have to comb my hair foreward to cover it. A sort of young man's comb over, as I like to call it.

Also, one of my major concerns is shock loss. If you can address this, that would be great.
