Case1435 - Hair Transplant Consultation

I am 30 year old male and I am getting bald pretty fast. I have been reading about follicular hair transplant.
My Questions
1) Does it help grow naturally looking hair ?
2) How much does it cost ?  How many grafts will I need ?
3) When can I expect to see the new hairs?
4) Do I need to come back for maintenance?
5) Can everything be done in 1 session? How soon can I return to work?
6) Any side effects I should know about?
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
