I'm considering getting a transplant as many of you know and last time I posted pics up to ask questions if I should go through with the transplant or try more treatments, people were bashing my pictures. These pics are from a digital camera and are a lot better than the ones I posted before. Please let me know if you think I should go with a transplant and if so, how much do you think it would cost to have Dr.Cole do a FIT transplant on me.

Past- 5 years on Propecia no result
6 years on Minoxidil littl or no result.
8 months on Tricomin with no result.
8 months on Crinagin with no result.


Currently 3rd or 4th year on Dutasteride

This is what Dr.Cole remarked:

"It is difficult to tell what is going on here. I see some loss in the frontal area. I am certain that it is concerning to you. I feel that a surgical solution is the last solution. It is not that it cannot work out well, but I sometimes different hair stlyes will work in the near term.

If you have existing hair, grafting into the area can cause shock loss or accelerate hair loss. therefore, proceed with caution and explore all non-surgical options first. Sounds like you have been doing this, however.
