Dear Doctor,

I am 30 yrs old. Asian. Hairloss started at 20 yrs old. It's been slow and steady for the past 10 yrs. Current speed of hair loss is moderate.

I used to take propecia for about 2 yrs. Didn't really help. My current regime is Minoxidil 5% with Azelaic Acid day and night. Plus Nizoral cream 2% at night.

All the meds I've taken and applied i think have kept the hairloss steady. I do notice if i just miss one day of minoxidil...my hairfall increases alot.

Also, i have to shower twice a day...if not it seems my oily scalp makes my hairfall faster.

No previous surgeries.

Please review my pictures below and advise if I am a good candidate for hair transplant, and how many grafts will I need.
