Below are my pictures showing the areas where I have hair loss. The back of my head is fine.

I am devastated by this and am considering hair transplant.

Questions: 1. Based on the pictures, do you think if I am a good candidate for hair transplant?
 
2. How many grafts will I need? What is the approximate cost?
 
3. Is the result completely natural?
 
4. How soon can I expect to see results?
 
5. Is one session enough or do I need to come back for maintenance a few years later?
