As you know, I'm very pleased with how my 3500 grafts for the frontal hairline have turned out. The thing is, I use Kerasome in the crown to thicken that area. Without Kerasome, my hair there is flat and it looks kinda awkward with a nice front. Also, the hair in the crown goes in any direction it wants. Surgery will help aid with this. Hence, I scheduled surgery with Dr. Armani for this August for 1500 FUE, mainly for the crown region. There are still existing hairs around the crown, so hopefully there won't be too much shock loss (and if there is shock loss, hopefully it will be temporary). I know that 1500 grafts will make a cosmetic difference in the crown, and Dr. Armani's artistic skill is one that I trust. I will also try to keep a detailed diary of my experience (similar to last time). Just wanted to let all of you know of my future plan ahead of time.
