Dear Doctor,

I would like you to look at these pics and see what you think. I am 27 years old and have thinning in the crown and temples. The top of my head is also thinner than the sides.

GOAL
I would just like to fill out the crown thinning spot that is not too large in diameter. and maybe fill in the temples. I would not want any scarring or cut along side the back of my head.

QUESTIONS
Can you please tell me what you think of this. My hair is buzzed very short and I dont mind this length I would just like more scalp coverage in those areas. How many grafts do you think I need? Can this all be done in one session? What is the approximate cost?
