Brief History:
Praying underwent sessions of old fashioned punch and strip type HTs in the 1980s.

Some problems resulting from prior HTs and MPB progression were as follows:

1. MPB of NW6 level with sparsely transplanted plugs
2. Receded temples that is out of sync with the overall look imparted by his hairpiece
3. Decimated scalp donor (back of head) as a result of old fashioned large punch harvesting in the 1980s
