Dear Doctor,

I'm 30 years old and have been losing my hair since my early20's. I have had 2 strip procedures done over the last 2 years,both in washington.

First in apr.2006 2000 grafts,the results were poor. The second strip surgery was in may 2007 around 2000 grafts and the results were very,very poor. Sparse grafts in hairline,no density,little to no growth and a wide,long strip scar on the back of my haed.

I found myself at this point very disapointed and unhappy,i'm also in a desperate need for help.

My expectations are to add more density in front line ,frontal scalp to create a natural look,and to camuflage, fill in the scar because i intend to buzz my hair.

QUESTIONS

1. Based on my pictures can another transplant be done with good results(1500-2000 grafts)?

2. Do you think i will have sufficient donor hair from my back of my head?

3. In your opinion how many grafts do i need to acheve my goal( from NW6 to NW2-3)? My goal is to buzz my head down to a level 3

4. Is there possible to revision my scar with another strip procedure and later on to add some grafts to fill it in (possible body hair)?
