I'm 26 and the last year + I've been using Rogaine and Propecia.

 
I don't have a bald spot but my hair is thinning. I've been considering getting a transplant. Below are my pics.
 
1. Would you advise hair transplant for someone my age?
 
2. How many grafts will I need to have a cosmetically acceptable improvement? Can this be done in one sitting?
 
3. What about scarring? Will there be any visible scars after the hair transplant?
 
4. What would be an realistic goal for me, what is the approximate cost?
