	Has anyone used Avodart mixed in with minoxidil? My Dr. said to empty 2-8 .5mg Avodarts into a minoxidil bottle. I'm wondering if this will work. Starlady is located in [NA] and he is available to meet: NO Post reply

Stick to taking a 5ar inhibitor internally - its task is to slow hairloss - I doubt an androgen blockade topically will regrow hair I would stick to minox if you are having success with it as it works to promote hairgrowth. On a side note you may want to add other substances topically that lower the upregulated IMMUNE response alongside minox. 	I have only been using it topically for a little over a month. From what I'm told from my Dr. is that it's suppose to block the DHT, simply by being absorbed topically. This way it's getting right to the hair folicle instead of taking it internally which would affect my whole body. I am wondering if anyone else is using it topically to block DHT at it's source. I cannot take oral 5ARIs, due to side effects, and when I tried topical finasteride it was absorbed systemically. My DHT levels dropped 70%! Could you please let me know the researcher's/doctor's name or where you read about the topical Avodart test? Did this person say it wasn't absorbed systemically? Thank you. 	Topical avodart (dutasteride) has worked good for my hair loss. Just crush up the tablets and put in your shampoo. I buy the generic for a good price heedee is located in [NA] and he is available to meet: NO Post reply
