strange and severe fallout (Topicals & Shampoos)

posted by jaydee, 03.11.2012, 16:51

I am certain that i can help you solve your problem and stop the itch and shed. You can never, ever let sweat stay on your scalp. It combines with sebum and air and it becomes a chemical depilator, if you will, and make you shed. Every single day of your life wash your hair as i will explain below and never go to bed with a sweaty, greasy scalp.

1.- wash hair every day, even 2 or 3 times in hot weather with liquid castile soap.
2.- while washing with warm water, your scalp skin will become softer, so with fingernails of both hands--gently--in motions not more than a few milimeters at a time, dig and scrape scalp until you get some gunk under your fingernails. Do this throughout your whole scalp until you get no more gunk.
That's it.
What this does is #1 remove the sebum and gunk and scrapes the filmy mantle that wants to grow over your scalp and suffocate the hair follicles, and #3 it micro-wounds the scalp which in turn activates micro-healing and at the same time it prompts hair follicles to start growing.

This works and it's almost free. Been doing this for decades.
