strange and severe fallout (Topicals & Shampoos)

posted by Pete2, 30.08.2010, 17:14

» Hi guys, I'm fairly new as hairloss has only recently become a real
» problem(as someone who has always had hair it's been a hearbreaking
» revelation what so many of you -and now me as well- have been facing. My
» problem has been chronic fatigue syndrome, but, at least for many years, it
» caused little hairloss, and though it may be related now, this seems
» something totally different. At the beginning of this spring I pretty much
» had a full head of hair and now much of it is gone from back, top and
» front. This crazy hot humid summer seemed to have played a part. Sweat,
» for me, now equals big fallout. Also, am getting a fairly quick immune
» response(causing more fallout) to shampoos I'm using to alleviate problem.
» Catch 22.
» Anyway, the strange part: often many hairs together in a crust(except
» it's an oily, waxy crust) are combed out with this crust after shampooing.
» Any ideas guys on treating this? Closest appt. with a dermatologist in may
» area is mid Oct., however in meantime(except for mentioned cfs) my regular
» doc says I'm healthy. Would certainly appreciate help from someone
» knowledgable.

Im familiar with CFS and what may be going on - its linked to the Amygdala.

Which country do you live in?

Thanks
Pete
